Unless you were a laboratory experiment, you’re part of a family. Even if you were a lab experiment ( which I suspect several people I know are ) you probably acquired a family at some point. I heard a lesbian comedian say she had a new romantic acquaintance, and invited her new girlfriend to meet her family. Her new girlfriend responded by saying no, she already had one family that hated her.

Most people don’t get to choose who their family members are. Even when they do, it doesn’t always go well. Ask any second or third wife, or husband that are bitterly hated by their step children. I have an acquaintance that was one of those who bitterly disliked his Mom’s new husband, and went out his way to make it known. Many years have passed and he said he feels badly about the way he acted.

We have a large group of friends, like us, are in our later years. A lot of life has transpired, not all of it good. Many of us have lost wives or husbands to disease or accidents, some to just common divorces. We discuss our lives freely when we are together, and the same stories come up again and again, although the people are different. Family members can be the most obnoxious people in your lives. People you would never choose to be friends with, yet they remain your family and you have to endure their bad behavior. We met a woman this past weekend, that told us, because she is a Trump supporter, her brother recently told her he hopes she effing dies.

Religion and politics are major hand grenades in family relations. I have had first hand experience in both of these things. I am a free thinker, I hate group think, which, in my opinion, is basically what organized religion is. I have a strong testimony of God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. The Holy Bible is quite clear on what God expects of you, and Jesus was quite clear in his teachings how you should interact with your fellow man. When churches begin inserting the doctrines of man into Bible teachings, and claiming they are the only true Church, I immediately begin to get very skeptical. Here’s the way I see it. Human beings are brand followers. Some people own Chevrolet autos their entire lives and wouldn’t dream of driving anything else, others Honda’s or whatever. You ask them why, they may answer, well my family always owned Chevy’s. No different with religion, if they are born into a particular church, it’s unlikely they will stray. They don’t know why, it’s just what our family has always done they will tell you. But holy crap, if one of those family members marries out of the church, the spouse of that family member is quite often the recipient of  major hatred. Brand loyalty is a form of selective blindness.

So, when you mix all of these things together, it becomes quite toxic. It is the perfect concoction to destroy even the strongest of families. A person is widowed, or divorced, finds another mate of different religion or lifestyle, begins a new life that doesn’t resemble their old life and the cracks start to appear.

This is the bottom line, it’s nobody’s business how you live your life. You are a free person. If the family doesn’t like your new lifestyle or your new mate, they can discuss it all they want among themselves, but if they can’t put on a happy face for you, they aren’t worthy of your love. The problem with most families is that they can’t discern support from criticism. Also, they have a problem putting the past behind them, and embracing the present.

If you have a large diverse family, that loves and appreciates one another for who they are, rather than who they want them to be, you are indeed blessed. If they adore one another whether they are blood kin or not, you are indeed blessed. If they accept each others choices in politics and religion, you are indeed blessed.

If you are a member of a family that has undergone changes such as the ones I described, and have a problem dealing with it, look in the mirror, you’re likely to be looking straight at the problem. Stop judging your family members and start loving them. If you can’t do that, and still profess to be a Christian, maybe you need to examine your relationship with your Savior.

By the way, the phrase Families Are Forever, doesn’t have any caveats. Like it or not.

By now, no explanation is needed for this picture. This was the very bold, and unprecedented attack by Islamic terrorists. It was carried out by a small group of religious zealots and resulted in the deaths of almost 3,000 people. It also took an economic toll as it caused a brief pause in the market place, and air travel. Islamic terrorists are like insects that bite you occasionally and can cause severe pain, but is highly unlikely to cause any lasting affects. We are constantly reminded of their actions when we travel by air, because of the strict security we have to endure.

Islamic terrorists briefly claimed a large portion of Iraq, but were thwarted by very smart military strategists and a combined effort of several nations. The fact that Islamic factions don’t seem to have great cohesion, will in itself prevent them to being a major threat to the Western Civilizations. If the Western world falls to Islam, it will be from their own stupidity and apathy. Islamic warriors think small, the plan small attacks, taking out small numbers of opponents at a time. Again, I refer you to the likes of insect bites.

Compare the 9/11 attacks to the Wuhan Virus. China allowed about 5,000 of it’s infected citizens to fly to points all around the world. The results worldwide were over 220,000 deaths. Over 50,000 of those deaths in the US alone. That dwarfs the 9/11 attack by a huge amount. That’s almost 17 times more death, no buildings were knocked down, no explosions, no crashed aircraft. Nobody was running down the streets covered in dust, Just rows and rows of body bags.

The economic toll is going to be humongous, nobody even knows what is going to happen in the future. There will be people that will survive the COVID, but lose everything they have worked for their whole lives. Families will lose parents and grandparents long before their times. People will die from suicides and alcoholism. The end death toll from COVID may never be known for certain.

We have had years of experience with Islamic terrorists, we know how they think, and to a large extent, we can control the impact. China is another thing altogether. I think China is an extremely clever and unpredictable opponent, willing to do things westerners would find unthinkable. I don’t think China would shrink from unleashing another biological attack, especially since they saw how successful this one was.

Think about this, and realize how easy it would be to unleash unbelievable carnage on the world, without bombs, bullets, or any other conventional weapons. If China created a virus, more contagious and more deadly than COVID-19, and in conjunction, developed a vaccine. They could literally wipe out a huge part of the world population, while sparing their own population by administering the vaccine before releasing the virus. Think about what has taken place over the past two months. Everyone is scrambling around without a clue, trying anything and everything, even an anti malaria drug. In actuality, the virus is no more deadly than the seasonal flu, but it turned the whole world upside down overnight.

I think it is inevitable that this will happen in the future, unless measures are taken to prevent it. I have no idea what those measures might look like, but the geniuses that come up with counter measures better be spending a lot of time in their so called ” think tanks “.  If some nutty old guy like me can imagine it, it could happen.

Make no mistake, the Chinese Communist Party leaders will stop and nothing to attain their goal of world domination. However, I believe a major war that could escalate into a nuclear holocaust is out of the question. Such an event would result in the death of too many Chinese, and could possibly spell the end of China and everyone else on the planet. That is not in their best interest. The biological route is much more likely if they find it impossible to gain economical dominance by conventional methods.

Stay alert, and keep your leaders alert. The world has proven to be a very dangerous place throughout history, and it’s not likely to change. The Bible say’s until Satan is vanquished by God, the world will never know peace. I’m sure that event will be pretty spectacular, and easily recognizable. So as long as that event hasn’t happened, I would be wary of the Chinese. Just sayin’.

Why is Christoper Wray still heading up the FBI? There needs to be some serious house cleaning and he should be number one on the list. His past ties with Bob Mueller, Andrew Weissman, James Comey, and others involved in the Russia Probe, is more than sufficient reason for him to go. His enthusiasm shown in the last Congressional hearing spoke volumes. He needs to go, now.

 

This miserable piece of donkey dung makes me want to heave up my last meal every time I watch her speak. I don’t think I have ever witnessed her telling the truth. She tells bald face lies when the cold hard facts have already been established. She will literally lie about anything. What is especially disturbing, is when she tries to use religion to make her point, quoting bible verses. I’m not a Catholic, but she has to be the worst example of a Catholic that ever lived. She just needs to go away, soon.

 

This man is living proof that just because your handsome, intelligence isn’t a given. This man is even dumber than Joy Behar. By the way, she must have named herself Joy, I’m sure nobody else would have. Gavin Newsome, is on a mission to single-handedly destroy the State of California. After he totally destroyed San Francisco, it’s a miracle that the voters let him anywhere near the Governor’s Mansion. But, on second thought, California voters haven’t been known for making good decisions on governors. I mean they elected  governor “moonbeam” to office four times. Those had to be the biggest acts of ultimate voter stupidity in the world. But good ol’ Gavin makes governor “moonbeam” look good, and that’s saying a lot.

Dr. Fauci initially impressed me when this whole Covid thing started, but then nobody knew what to expect. We all feared the worst. Now as time wears on, he is starting to seem like one of those people that have been in a particular profession for years, they know all of the words and phrases, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they have a real grip on what’s really happening. He’s been wrong a lot, and has said some really dumb stuff. I’m beginning to think Trump should send him back where he found him. I mean c’mon, he was making decisions based on models that were way wrong by major factors. He should have been more objective. I think maybe he had that old “spotlight syndrome”.

This may be the biggest fool on the planet. Gretchen Whitmer is totally immersed in dreams of grandeur. She has treated the people of Michigan in an absolutely disgusting fashion, and it’s backfiring on her in a major way. This idiot is the reincarnation of Fidel Castro in a female body, maybe her nickname should be Fidelity Castro. I’m pretty sure she’s going to be a one term governor. One can certainly hope anyway. She is always raising her finger in the air, that says volumes about her attitude. She thinks she’s pretty special. She’s correct, she’s a special kind of stupid.

Mark Levin made a statement about Barrack Hussein Obama that I totally agree with. He said ( paraphrased ) Eventually the truth will come out, that Barrack Obama was one of the most corrupt Presidents in our history. Do you remember Barrack bragging, saying there was not one scandal during his time as president, not even a smidgen of a scandal. Well, you have to remember where Barrack cut his teeth in politics…. Chicago. In my opinion, honest politicians in Chicago are about as scarce as hen’s teeth, maybe even a one legged marathon runner. All of the corruption in the FBI and CIA was happening during his term in the white house. Sitting Presidents are always privy to major FBI and CIA operations. If you think Obama didn’t know what was going on, then you probably think Adam Schiff never lies.

Every day you hope everything is going to be better, but every day another leftist wingnut does something even dumber than yesterday. The governor of Maine is trying to outdo Gretchen Whitmer. I’m beginning to think that she is attempting to take over the state and claim it as her territory. You can’t think anything else when you hear dear old Janet say she is shutting down the state indefinitely. This is scary stuff, like the old gal is having a mental episode. The United States is turning into a real life “Animal House ” and the governors are the animals. Somebody really needs to take charge.

DEMOCRAT GOVERNORS ARE STARTING TO RESEMBLE THIS GUY

The Democrat governors are absolutely giddy over the new found power over the citizens. The mainstream media is more than happy to assist them, continuing to sow fear among the citizens by citing skewed data concerning the Corona Virus. The media has a vested interest in keeping this thing going as long as possible to boost their ratings. The politicians have a vested interest in keeping it going, enacting all of the nonsensical programs they would never be able to get away with under normal circumstances. The Democrats and the Media are one in the same. They are a shameless duo, willing to go to any length to tear down the national institutions. We truly have the enemy among us, that are working every day to destroy our freedom.

American citizens need to quit cowering in their homes and tell the Democrat governors that we are taking back our cities and towns. Our rights and privileges are guaranteed by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the governors do not have the authority to take them away. It is time for a revolution against these mini tyrants. They have overstepped their boundaries and we need to remind them we are not serfs, or subjects, but Americans, and we are no longer going to allow them to disrespect our rights.

We are going to a rally at the State House on Saturday to voice our displeasure with this nonsense. We can’t go to a restaurant, or bar, but every pot shop in town is open for business. You can’t have elective medical procedures for maladies that are causing you great pain, or danger to your health, but you can have an abortion. You can’t go to church, but you can go to the liquor store. You can’t buy jewelry, but you can buy lottery tickets at the local convenience store. Some of the more aggressive governors have closed gun shops, and passed regulations that you have to have a background check to buy ammunition. You would have to be brain dead not to realize that leftist governors are taking this opportunity to punish the Christian conservative gun owners. They hate your ass and want to make your life as miserable as they possibly can.

The latest trick is some of the governors are saying, they are not going to open up the states until everyone is tested. They know damn well that is a goal that cannot be met. So, if everyone except 10 people have been tested they can say, sorry, it’s not 100%. People, this cannot go on any longer, it has to come to an end. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Innocent peoples lives are being destroyed, several of my friends have expressed being more and more depressed. My daughters life is being destroyed because she is a small business owner, can’t get unemployment benefits, and they are telling her that the small business stimulus is out of money.

These are the cold hard facts; The Chinese willingly allowed their residents to travel across the globe spreading the virus as they went. Everyone is talking about the cold and heartless Chinese. The cold and heartless Democrats have used this debacle for political gain knowing full well they are destroying lives of working folks in the process. They don’t care, as long as it makes it possible for them to regain power. They are willing to sacrifice the lives of their own party members for the acquisition of power. No different from the Chinese communist party, willing to sacrifice the lives of thousands of it’s citizens for what they call the “common good of China”. It is becoming increasingly clear, there is not a lot of difference between a Democrat and a Chinese Communist. The Democrats would strip you of your rights in a New York minute if they were able to achieve unmitigated power. If you are  unable to see this, you need to wake up, and stay awake, your freedom depends on your vigilance.

There are people that will read these words and scoff, saying, oh, he’s being unreasonable. Am I? Look at how fast you were stripped of your basic rights, and how hard it is to get them back. If you can’t see this, I believe you’re the one that is being unreasonable.

MAN’S BEST FRIENDS, 100% TRUSTWORTHY

I’ve given you these numbers before, but I’m going to do it again just in case you have forgotten amidst all of the noise. 

2017-2018 COLD AND FLU SEASON: According to research done by Susan Scutti of CNN, it was the worst cold and flu season in over forty years. 900,000 people were hospitalized, 80,000 of them died. A total of 180 children were lost to the flu that year. For three weeks the entire United States was affected at a very high infection rate, which is unprecedented. Not a single business or school was shut down. It wasn’t even mentioned. I don’t remember seeing anyone wearing gloves or masks.

CORONA VIRUS ( AKA COVID-19 ): Extremely contagious, more so than the common flu, or so they say. I’m beginning to believe that a great deal of this information is supposition. However, they are discovering that thousands of people in large metropolitan areas were infected and didn’t know it. They probably had mild symptoms and went about their business as usual, and thus infecting others. Which brings up the subject of “herd immunity”. In hindsight, that was probably the best way to have handled this, while protecting the vulnerable, so the virus could go through the otherwise healthy population. That method would have insured against a “second wave”.

So, looking at the numbers, our worst year for hospitalizations and deaths, were the previous year. Why did everything go off the rails over this virus? In my opinion, it was the fact that it showed up all over the world, within a relatively short time span, and nobody had any credible information on it. There wasn’t any question about where it originated, but the Chinese deliberately withheld critical information about it’s nature. Panic set in, and everyone feared a pandemic in the magnitude of the famous “Spanish Flu” that occurred in 1917-18.

Engaging in some “Monday morning quarterbacking”, President Trump absolutely made the right call in banning flights from China, but should have banned flights from Europe and England simultaneously. If he had done that it would have greatly reduced the impact on New York City, and New Jersey. However, China perpetrated a sinister act, allowing Wuhan residents to fan out all over the world on their Chinese holiday, while banning them from travel inside China. The fact that China did that, classifies it as a “surprise attack” on the Western World, and it’s economies.

The United States and the world rushed into a mass quarantine that was uncalled for. Everyone should have taken a step back and allowed the medical world to better analyze what the actual impact was likely going to be. When you take the time to actually think about this, taking a little more time to understand the nature of the virus would have been the wiser choice. It became evident very quickly, that the most vulnerable were the old and afflicted, and they could have taken steps to protect them, and allowed everyone else to live normal lives. Had we taken the action I just described, this whole thing would be pretty much over by now.

Another very obvious thing to avoid in the future, is letting so called experts start creating models of likely outcomes, when they have no knowledge in real time, they are only speculating. As soon as a so called expert from a prestigious University puts something on poster board, it becomes gospel, and everyone feels obligated to obey. We have a huge amount of historical data over the past 100 years to look at. In my opinion, history trumps models every time. History combined with common sense is marvelous.

If I listed all of the really dumb stuff our leaders are currently engaged in, I would be sitting at my keyboard for at least two more days, and you would never take the time to read it anyway. Let’s just say, I’m amazed that this country works as well as it does considering the ineptitude of those in charge. The fact that these people were able to convince people to vote for them ain’t sayin’ a lot for the voters either. Just stop and think about how stupid you would have to be to vote for Adam Schiff, or Maxine Waters. The voters have been putting dear old Maxine back in office since 1991. That my friend is the true definition of insanity, and that’s the tip of the iceberg.

So to sum up this latest rant, God help us if we ever have a real crisis to deal with. These people are like a monkey screwing a football. America, a country founded by geniuses, ran by idiots.

STRONG LEADER? YES…….IRON FISTED? NO

Over the years, people have become accustomed to the Federal Government springing into action in a National crisis, and creating new and far reaching bureaucracy’s that live into eternity, even after the crisis is over. In other words, every crisis expands the Federal Governments power even more. This is something we really don’t need, when it comes to government, less is better. Much better.

Totalitarian rule has it’s advantages, as far as the rulers are concerned. When a totalitarian ruler wants something done, it’s done instantly. It doesn’t have to be debated in a congress or committee, it just gets done. That’s great as long as it is done in good faith, with thoughtful consideration for all of those affected. But that is rarely the case. Having been involved over the years as a chairperson for several events, I can tell you that dealing with committees can be extremely frustrating. The reason it is frustrating, is because the committees quite often lose sight of the original intent, or goals of the event while attempting to insert their own ideas to make it more ” how they would do it”. In essence, the committees real function should be to simply help attain the end result as described by the event organizer.

This is precisely the dilemma our President is finding himself in at the present time. Donald Trump, in spite of what the press will tell you, makes his decisions based on Constitutional principles. Rather than create more federal bureaucracies to combat the Corona Virus, he instead, enlisted the help of major companies, and turned the responsibilities over to the state governors, giving them suggested guide lines for dealing with the crisis. The problem with this, is that once you turn the power over to others, they start putting their own personal ideas into action, and it’s impossible to regain power over the situation. The Feds are saying it’s time to start re-opening the economy, and the governors are balking, for reasons only they know. So now the committees are in charge, and the event coordinator is pulling his hair out.

Now the proverbial double edge sword emerges. The states have curtailed a huge portion of their tax revenues by the prolonged shut downs. Most of these states have a giant monster in the closet, if it gets loose, will devour them all, it’s called the retirement fund, or PERS. Most states are already teetering on bankruptcy because of this. The reason is very simple, it was nothing more than a pyramid scheme from the beginning. A lot of these states will be facing a real financial crisis, and likely bankruptcy because of prolonged shutdowns. Who do you think they are going to turn to for relief? Yep, you guessed it, the Federal Government.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL STATES INABILITY TO MANAGE THEIR AFFAIRS. IF THE STATES ELECT TO IGNORE THE COLD HARD FACTS, AND DRIVE THEMSELVES INTO BANKRUPTCY, SO BE IT. AS AN OREGONIAN, I DON’T FEEL ANY OBLIGATION FOR THE STATE OF NEW YORK OR ANY OTHER STATE DUE TO THEIR FINANCIAL INEPTITUDE. 

Maybe it would have been better for the Federal Government to have taken an “iron fist” approach to this. Some states are doing a great job, others not so much. When you look at Oklahoma vs. Michigan, you can certainly see that the Oklahoma governor is firing on all cylinders, and the Michigan governor is obviously on another planet. I guess what is actually comes down to, is there are smart responsible people with common sense, and there are the others. The “others” are the ones that make the case for the “iron fist” approach. You decide, I know how I would have done it.

The events that have unfolded over the past few months have made me realize, that perhaps in dead silence, the Spirit of ’76 has perished, and no one even noticed. The fighting spirit that once resided in every corner of the United States, seems to hiding out, afraid to come out in fear of it’s life. One should never forget the famous statement, “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

At first, when President Trump and his team, suggested the public refrain from large gatherings, it was fifteen day window of time. That seemed like a reasonable request. We could all pull back on our activities for fifteen days, no problem, if it helped get this virus under control. We were being told that this particular virus was proving to be extremely deadly. That was a gross exaggeration. In fact it has proven to be no more deadly than the seasonal flu. The so called “models” that all of our leaders were citing were wildly incorrect, but we were being told they could be trusted because they had been created by super smart people that really knew what they were doing. WRONG!

If you read my blogs, you will surely know that I am a Trump, supporter and my next statement may surprise you. President Trump bought into the predictions hook, line, and sinker. You really can’t blame him. If he poo poos the models and things go really wrong, he’s toast. Trump put his trust in the scientists and doctors. These two groups of people are inherently doom and gloom predictors. So now that it’s proven that these folks were horribly wrong, the President has to say, well it would have been a lot worse if we had not enacted the restrictions. He may not be the typical politician, but he is going to cover his ass just like they all do. You can’t believe how hard it was to write that.

I was stunned by what happened next. The State and local leaders, put the clamps down hard on the whole dang economy. They slammed on the brakes and brought this baby to almost a complete stop. It was the classic version of ” overkill”.  One would think, if you believe everything you are told, that the State and local leaders would have taken a pause, stepped back, and said we have a multi faceted challenge here. We have to protect lives, protect the economy, and protect the rights of our citizens. It’s obvious that they did none of those things, instead, they saw it as an opportunity to stick it to the ” big orange man”. You simply can’t interpret in any other way. You can also assume, rightfully so, that every one of these morons violated their oath of office.

I have always been a staunch supporter of the police. I’m starting to rethink that. These guys seem way to eager to become government goons. I was watching the police arrest a father for playing catch with his kids in the park, and I wondered, did they read him his Miranda Rights, or was that trashed along with his first and second amendment rights. It seemed to me, that the proper thing to do considering the circumstances, would have been to ask the fella to please take his kids, and return to his home. Maybe a short lecture concerning protecting his neighbors. But handcuffs, and thrown in a police cruiser??? Then you have the goons in Kentucky fining and harassing church members attending church in their private automobiles. If you’re not outraged by all of this you sure as hell should be. However, kudos to the sheriff in Snohomish County, Washington, that has refused to enforce Governor Inslee’s stay at home order, stating that it is against the Constitution of the United States which he took an oath to protect.

The state governors and local mayors have violated your Constitutional rights. They do not have the authority to do so. Those are guaranteed rights, and a virus does not qualify as a reason to invoke Martial Law. They cannot legally enforce this bullshit shutdown. So, where are all of the protesters? There are some protests cropping up around the nation, but a stunning number of people are perfectly willing to go along, cowering in their homes like scared rabbits. Wake up everyone, the numbers don’t support the severity of these actions. How long are we going to sit back and take this crap. I’m going out and shopping, picking up whatever I need in stores that are open. Yesterday my wife and I bought all new patio furniture and a patio fireplace. I’m picking up groceries and office supplies when I need them. I’m going for walks. I’m going to be outside and whenever I want. I’m semi retired, so I still have income, and I’m going to spend it at the local merchants to try to help these folks as much as I can. The governor can kiss my wrinkly old ass.

This is the perfect analogy of the current Wuhan Virus pandemic. When a tire blows, especially a high performance tire like the one pictured above, the collateral damage can be mind boggling. If you happen to be driving beside a large commercial truck at highway speeds and one of it’s tires blow, your car can sustain serious damage. If you are riding a motorcycle you could very well be killed by the flying debris.

Consider the Wuhan Virus to be equivalent to an actual blow out. The collateral damage that is being generated seems never ending. The sad, and most obvious result, are the deaths of thousands of innocent people that have perished all around the world. Tire blowouts can be caused by a number of things, among which are prior damage to the tire, or  faulty construction. In the case of the Wuhan Virus, all of the indicators say this happened due to lax safety practices. Observers that visited the facility several years ago, cited shoddy and dangerous working conditions. Not exactly what you would expect when handling super dangerous pathogens.

When a tire blows out, it immediately causes panic to the driver when the vehicle is temporarily out of control. That’s exactly what you are witnessing all around the world. People are going in all directions, trying to regain control. Like a blowout, it took everyone completely by surprise. But if you had been warned the tire was going bad, you could have prepared for it. It could have been prevented.

Let’s say you are headed off on a long road trip with your RV, and you know full well your tires are not in the best condition, but you think you can make one more trip before shelling out $2,000.00 for new ones. So, 1,000 miles away from home on a desolate desert highway, it happens, the dreaded blowout. So you throw on the spare and limp into the nearest town with a population of 250 and a truck stop / gas station. Three hours later you pull out with all new tires and a $3,000.00 charge on your credit card. You’ve just been shafted. Virtually everyone of our illustrious leaders knew full well we were not prepared for a full on pandemic, but they took the chance. Now they are faced with huge costs of all sorts, playing catch up. Nobody had a plan in place to deal with it. You’re being shafted again.

Hey folks, this ain’t rocket science. We’ve already been through this once or twice before. It’s not hard to think about the worst thing that could happen with a pandemic and come up with a plan on how to deal with it. All viruses pretty much work in the same way, they are contagious, they make you very sick and possibly kill you. They have the potential to  kill a lot of people. If it’s a virus that looks like it’s going to be unusually deadly, have plan in place that makes sense. We are witnessing government leaders that are completely out of control. It’s very obvious now, that these people are not qualified for the positions they hold. They are morons masquerading as intelligent human beings.

The whole concept of leadership in the governors handbook, seems to have been deleted. In it’s place are several chapters on political activism. If you are a mayor, governor, legislator, judge or president, your focus should be first and foremost on making sure the people in your jurisdiction are provided with the basic services, such as fire, and police, and an infrastructure that provides clean water, electricity, and refuse disposal. Above all of that, you must make certain, their constitutional rights and privileges are not abraded. Of course, the vulnerable among us should always be protected. However, from the federal government to city hall, today’s politicians think it’s their duties to provide services to the population, that the population should be providing for themselves, such as money and food, when the recipients are quite able to work and provide that for themselves.

OK, so now we have had the mother of all blowouts, and our state and local leaders have been so preoccupied with political maneuvering, they forgot the part about making sure our Constitutional rights are protected. Instead of clear headed thinking, they have resorted to political activism once again, to respond to a pandemic that doesn’t give a rats ass about politics. The virus doesn’t choose it’s victims based on political leanings. What should have been done instead of a massive lock down, is that people should have been allowed to go about their everyday lives, but forced to wear protective gear such as face masks, and told to keep their distance from each other as much as possible. I will guarantee you, the population would have obeyed those rules to the tee, the economy would have suffered only slightly, and the number of deaths would not be any higher.

Make no mistake about what happened here. Last year, the mainstream media went on a mission to try and convince people we were headed for a recession. Thinking that at the very least they could cause the economy to cool, and make it harder for Donald Trump to be re-elected. Bill Maher openly said he was praying for a recession to keep Trump from winning a second term. Other lefties echoed those sentiments. When this opportunity presented itself, the Democrats seized the chance, and shut things down tight. The Democrat mayors, and governors made sure they kept the lid on things long enough to do considerable damage to our economy.

There is no other reason for this being blown so far out of proportion. If you haven’t been paying attention, you may not have noticed that Democrats will throw the whole damn country under the bus to get back in power. I told you in the paragraph before this one, they openly admitted it last year. Pelosi and her bunch took the whole government hostage with a fake impeachment charge. Before that, they tried to charge Trump with colluding with the Russians to win the election. Spent three years and millions of taxpayer dollars on a total and complete hoax. So, why would you not believe this is just another attempt to get Trump?

The Democrats are that guy in desert truck stop that knows you’re in trouble, and he has you by by the ^ &#@$, and you have no choice except to pay whatever price he wants for his tires so you can get on with your life. No conscience, no sense of fairness, only greed. That’s what Democrats are all about, you would do well not to forget it.

1. The longer the Democrats can keep a lid on the economy, the more damage they think they can do to Donald Trumps re-election.
2. The longer they can curtail large gatherings, means fewer Trump rallies.
3. The more pain they can inflict on the general public, they feel they have a good chance of pinning it on the President.
4. The longer they can keep Joe Biden under wraps the better.
5. The Democrats will try to use this to monkey with the voting system, such as vote by mail, or some other lame idea so they can manipulate the outcome.
6. The Democrats work day and night to distort the real truth and spin it in their favor.

THE SPIRIT OF ’76

One thing you have probably noticed, is that the left is very patient. They are willing work at a particular item on their agenda for years, before actually getting it into place. They patiently wait until they feel the general attitude of the public will accept it, then they push it hard until they can make it happen. When they try getting a particular law passed numerous times, those are trial balloons, to see if you, the public will buy it.

The Democrats have been inching closer and closer to making the transition to socialists for a good number of years, patiently waiting until the time was right to make the push. The Bernie Sanders campaign in 2016 was a trial balloon. The amount of support he was able to garner surprised everyone. He ended up in second place again in the 2020 primaries. The only reason he didn’t go all the way, is the establishment Democrats panicked, and got cold feet. However, what is interesting is that Joe Biden has now morphed into Bernie Sanders.

Anyone that has watched Joe Biden over the past six months, can’t deny that this poor guy has some serious mental issues going on. One can only wonder if the Dems are going to support him all the way to the debate stage knowing it’s going to be a massacre. Joe simply isn’t generating enough excitement for people to pony up campaign contributions, and that has the Dems concerned. That’s why Barrack finally endorsed Joe. It’s all about the Benjamin’s as Ilhan would say.  In his press release, Obama said proudly that Joe Biden was the most progressive candidate the Democrats had ever fielded. ( paraphrased ) Don’t be surprised if the Dems, dump Joe before the Democrat Convention, citing his declining mental health, putting Governor Cuomo in his place.

The Democrats are now feeling that the USA is ripe for pushing the socialist agenda. You can, in large part, give Bernie credit for that, he was the ” tip of the spear ” for the Democrat party, to usher in the new Democrat Socialist Party. I told you several blogs ago, that Bernie was never serious about being President, he was “greasing the rails”. I’m sure you noticed that every Democrat candidate on the debate stage tried to go further left than their competition. They are not trying to conceal this agenda in any way.

Then, China handed the Democrats a wonderful gift, COVID-19. I think it’s safe to say that this so called pandemic, which turns out to be no worse than the seasonal flu, is pretty much going to undo President Trumps economic successes in one fell swoop. The Democrat Governors in the coastal states are not going to let this go to waste, they are going to stretch this out as long as possible to make the impact even worse. They feel if the economy is still in the weeds at election time, Donald Trump will be toast. In the meantime, during all of this chaos, those same Democrat governors are closing down churches, synagogues, gun stores, large gatherings, ( read political rallys ) everything they can to hurt the conservatives. They are stripping you of your Constitutional Rights, as if they were petty despots. They feel this emergency situation has given them power that trumps the Constitution.

Now for the proof they are all liars. The Democrats are saying, they can’t open the economies until the coronavirus is vanquished, because they can’t risk losing more precious lives. The Democrats embrace late term abortions, which literally means killing a living, viable baby. About 650,000 babies were murdered last year by abortionists. That is ten times more lives lost than the predicted 65,000 that will die from coronavirus. Governor Cuomo is the one that keeps touting saving precious lives, he signed the most horrific of all abortion laws last year. THEY ARE ALL LIARS, WITHOUT SOULS. THEIR ONLY INTEREST IS GAINING COMPLETE AND UTTER POWER OVER YOU.

It’s time to resurrect the SPIRIT OF ’76, and take back our states. Tell the power hungry governors to rescind their draconian orders and allow people to go about business as usual. We can do this just like our brave revolutionary forefathers, with protests, and all sorts of civil disobedience. We need to show the Democrats we are not going to herded like cattle to slaughter. Stand up for your Constitutional rights brothers and sisters. Thank God our brave forefathers put liberty before personal safety. For me, Live Free or Die.
