POLITICALLY INCORRECT, CENTER-RIGHT PERSPECTIVE OF CURRENT NEWS EVENTS

WHY ARE THE FEDS CONSTANTLY IN OUR FACES ON VIRTUALLY EVERY TOPIC??

In the fifties when I was just beginning to pay attention to what was going on beyond my neighborhood, the federal government was pretty low key. Pretty much the only time you really noticed them was during military actions or at tax time. There was always that ominous event on the horizon for young men just out of high school when they faced being “drafted” into the military. So, aside from taxes and the draft, you really didn’t think of them much.

Then as the years rolled by, the feds started to encroach on our lives more and more. I think the first thing I remember that made a pretty big impact was when they outlawed prayer in public schools. Next, they started mandating safety equipment on automobiles. While making a large impact on auto design, the seat belt laws did save a lot of lives. The so called, “five mile per hour bumpers” were gawd awful ugly. Then the emission controls totally ruined the performance of cars, we had 4,000-pound cars with 150 horsepower. They were horribly underpowered behemoths.

In the late seventies there were rumors that congress was going to outlaw convertibles due to roll over dangers, (it never happened) but the car companies immediately stopped making convertibles. For a couple of years, some cars had devices that would prevent the car from starting unless your seat belt was connected.

On one hand, I’m OK with a lot of the safety equipment on cars, I have known people that were killed or horribly maimed in auto accidents, on the other hand, the overbearing burden of federal government regulations on businesses irritates me to no end. I believe Americans are smart, insightful people that can take care of themselves without “big brother” constantly looking over our shoulders.

UNTRUSTWORTHY BUREAUCRATS

The FAA has been hugely successful in making air travel in the USA the safest in the world. Having a small amount of experience with FAA protocols concerning aircraft safety, I’m impressed with their level of expertise. However, the very large problem with all bureaucrats is that their bosses are “shit for brains” politicians.

For the full year of 2022, US commercial airlines carried 853 million passengers. Every day, 93,000 flights take off from 9,000 airports. The pilots of those planes, and the air traffic controllers, need to be the best of the best, period.

The FAA has been infected with DEI. They take their marching orders from the Department of Transportation. It all goes downhill from there. Until April 1, 1967, the FAA was a stand-alone bureau called The Federal Aviation Agency. In my opinion, it should have remained a stand-alone agency.

The feds are now requiring new hires in the aviation industry to be based primarily on race and gender. I personally don’t give a damn what color my pilot is, or what gender the air traffic controller is, I just want them to be damn good at what they do. I suspect that the requirements have been “dumbed down” so they can meet their quotas. So, I don’t have a warm and fuzzy feeling about this whole thing. I don’t fly much anymore, but when airplanes fall out of the skies, a lot of people on the ground are hurt as well.

Just a side note to illustrate my point. During the epic “supply chain” collapse, the secretary of Transportation, was on a paternity leave, him and his husband adopted two infants and they were “playing house” for several weeks while you were waiting on parts for your production machinery. Yep, those are the folks running the FAA.

THE DOJ EMERGES FROM THE SHADOWS UNDER BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA

Bobby Kennedy was quite active as Attorney General serving under his brother Jack, taking on organized crime, and the Mafia. He was not on good terms with FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, so obviously he was in the news a lot. He is recognized as the most influential attorney general in US history.

After Kennedy, I don’t remember any subsequent AG’s being particularly noteworthy, they were sort of behind-the-scenes type people until Bill Clinton came along. That was the dawn of the feds moving in with you.

During the Barrack Hussein Obama years, the feds really started encroaching on local authorities. Shortly after Obama took office a minor incident happened in Cambridge, Mass. A Harvard professor, Henry Louis Gates, Jr. locked himself out of his home. While trying to break into his own home, he was confronted by local police and arrested. A white officer arresting a black man trying to get into his own home ignited a racial bruhaha. A few days later Obama said the Cambridge police acted stupidly. Later Obama had to back pedal, saying he didn’t mean arresting officer James Crowley was stupid. It turned into a very awkward situation because of Obama not staying in his lane. I think it’s safe to say, this was an early indicator that Obama was in over his head. Copy and paste the link below to read how it all went wrong.

Remember Ferguson, MO? A local police officer was involved in the fatal shooting of one Michael Brown. White officer, black teenage criminal, attacked Officer Darren Wilson while in his Patrol car, Michael Brown was a very large and strong young man, Brown was shot and killed in the struggle. Obama and Eric Holder jumped at the chance to fan the flames of racism, by taking sides with the black community. Truth and justice prevailed, but Darren Wilson’s life was forever changed. Mr. Wilson should have received an apology from the feds.

Another local police matter drew the attention of the feds. On April 19, 2015 Freddie Gray died in the hands of the police. Freddie Gray was black, police officers white. After a thorough investigation the feds declined to seek prosecution. You can bet it had to be a really weak case for the feds under Obama to walk away from chance to stir the pot.

Who can forget Trayvon Martin, and Obama’s statement that if he had a son, he would look a lot like Trayvon. A blatant raciest remark from the bully pulpit. Again, the feds were all over this. When that state of Florida charged Zimmerman with second-degree murder, the feds stayed in the fray as consultants.

Make no mistake, the eight years Obama was president, the DOJ and the AG were working overtime sticking their noses into the business of the local authorities. I’m going to skip over the Trump years, that is a whole other article in itself.

Enter Joe Biden. I’m sure you know that Joe pretty much reinstated all of the wacko lackies from the Obama white house. So, you shouldn’t have been surprised when the DOJ and FBI started targeting parents in school board meetings. You shouldn’t have been surprised when they started creating all sorts of bureaus to keep you shackled during the Covid debacle. You shouldn’t have been surprised when they attempted to create the Misinformation Dept. Most of all you shouldn’t have been surprised when they weaponized the DOJ and FBI to try and take out Donald Trump and prevent him from running again.

But the biggest example of all, that the Democrats are attempting to take control of this country, is how they orchestrated and executed the January 6th riots. That is a play right out of the PSYOP manual. The planning and coordination with the FBI, Capitol Police, and DC police and DNC insiders was nothing short of brilliant. Then topping it off with a fake investigation. Four years later, it’s beginning to unravel. More and more information is beginning to trickle out. A video was just made public concerning the supposed pipe bombs that is a real eye opener. It clearly shows the Capital Police and FBI treating the fake pipe bombs as if they were a bag of chips. But the poor guys and gals in the DC jail can’t seem to catch a break.

I think it’s safe to say, the feds are not going to give up their grip on John Q. Public anytime soon. So, my advice is to be careful in your activities, but stay vigilant and work diligently to reverse this trend.
